He’ll present more about his plans at a neighborhood meeting Wednesday, Oct. 30. “I am excited to announce that I am in the process of developing plans for a new hotel to be built at the corner of Battery Park Avenue and Page Avenue,” the letter from Fraga to downtown neighbors reads. “The project is being designed to comply with all requirements of the Downtown Master Development as adopted by the Asheville City Council in 2009.
